SHIPPING

Shipping within the U.S. is FREE for all orders over $50! We ship as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If an item is pre-ordered, shipping time will be communicated through the product listing.

Once it is in USPS hands, The Chasm Co is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is lost in transit or says delivered and you haven't received it, you can file a claim with USPS. 

Once again, The Chasm Co is no longer responsible for packages once they are in USPS hands. There will be instances when we are unable to provide replacements. We are not obligated in any way to replace items misplaced by USPS, this will be determined on a case by case basis.

 

JEWELRY CARE

ALL jewelry should be kept dry and stored properly. Though gold-filled jewelry is tarnish resistant, it still should be cared for.

If jewelry is broken due to not caring properly for your pieces or not storing them properly, The Chasm Co is not responsible for replacing the jewelry.
