S H I P P I N G 

Shipping within the U.S. is FREE for all orders over $15! I ship as soon as possible. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

Once it is in USPS hands, The Chasm Co is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is lost in transit or says delivered and you haven't received it, you must file a claim with USPS. Once a claim has been filed with USPS, and proof has been sent to thechasmco@gmail.com, we will then determine if we can help in any way.

If a package says delivered, but you have not received it, please go to your local post office and ask for the GPS location of the delivery. If it still says delivered to your address, please ask neighbors if they have seen your package. If you still can't find the package, you must file a stolen mail report with USPS. Once we receive a reference number for the report, we will see if we are able to replace any items in stock.

Once again, The Chasm Co is no longer responsible for packages once they are in USPS hands. There will be instances when we are unable to provide replacements. We are not obligated in any way to replace items misplaced by USPS, this will be determined on a case by case basis.

Please take care of any piece(s) you receive. ALL jewelry should be kept dry and stored properly. For the polymer clay pieces, avoid extreme heat such as a hot car in the summer.
